Founded by Cortez S. Bradley, J.D., Bradley Legal Research Group, LLC is dedicated to providing professional legal research, document preparation, and litigation support services to individuals, businesses, and legal professionals.
Cortez earned a Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University. Over the past several years, he has developed extensive experience supporting attorneys, courts, financial institutions, and consumers in a variety of legal and financial matters.
His background includes years of civil litigation and legal support experience, including legal research, drafting legal memoranda, preparing pleadings, reviewing court filings, organizing case materials, and assisting with case management. He has also worked in judicial support, helping analyze legal issues, review motions, and research applicable laws and procedures.
In addition to his legal experience, Cortez brings several years of experience in the financial services industry, including mortgage underwriting, consumer lending, loan processing, loss mitigation, account management, and banking operations. This combination of legal and financial knowledge allows him to provide well-rounded research and document support services for a wide range of matters.
Throughout his career, Cortez has worked as a legal assistant, paralegal, judicial support professional, mortgage underwriter, and financial services specialist. These roles have provided him with practical experience in litigation support, creditor rights matters, mortgage and lending regulations, consumer finance, and legal document preparation.
